2025 EPSAA Scientific Meeting

The EPSAA Scientific Meeting and AGM is scheduled to take place from Friday, February 7th to Saturday, February 8th, 2025, at the Banff Park Lodge in downtown Banff, Alberta. We eagerly anticipate the in-person attendance of physicians, technicians, and ophthalmic industry partners at this location in the heart of the majestic Canadian Rockies.
On Friday, EPSAA physician and resident members are invited to attend the EPSAA AGM which will take place from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. All conference participants (physicians and office staff) are invited to a reception in the vendor area from 7:00 – 9:00 PM Friday evening.
Ophthalmologists, resident physicians, fellows, technicians, orthoptists and support staff from across Alberta are invited to the accredited talks during the Scientific Meeting during the day Saturday. Please note that the early bird rate for EPSAA Members ($250) expires Wednesday, January 9th. After the 9th, registration will be $350. Please click here for the ophthalmology program.
Gala Dinner
EPSAA members and partners are invited to the Gala Dinner Saturday, February 8th with reception at 6 and dinner from 7-9.
Technician/Office Staff Program SOLD OUT
Just added! Please see the technician program here (operated and accredited by IJCAHPO) that will run during the day on Saturday, February 8th. All attendees for the technicians session are also invited to the Friday evening reception from 7:00-9:00 pm.
